Unidentified gunmen have once again attacked residents of Owo, Ondo State barely seven weeks after a shootout of worshippers at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. 

The recent shooting on Wednesday inflicted injuries on many who were around Folahami Junction, the location of a construction company called Craneburg Construction Company. 

Driving the news 
Eyewitness accounts of the incident reports that the unidentified gunmen opened gun fire on people at the site. Another account of the incident claimed that the gunmen stormed the place with explosive devices. 

What they are saying 
The state police image maker, Funmi Odunlami, confirmed the incident to newsmen stating that the three people who were injured are receiving treatment in a hospital. She also said they are yet to determine the perpetrators of the violence.
