The Lagos state Government has on Wednesday cleared 6 students of Dowen college and 5 officials of the school of all allegations. They granted them this clearance following the legal guidance of the DPP, Ms. Adetutu Oshinusi.

Favour Benjamin, Edward Begue, Ansel Temile, Kenneth Inyang, Micheal Kashamu, and Buruji Kashamu, were Dowen College students who were been investigated by the police in the alleged murder case of Sly Omoroni.
Members of staffs also under investigation were Celina Uduak, Valentine Igboekweze, Hammed Bariyu, Adesanya Olusegun and Mr Adeyemi.
The autopsy report by Lagos State University Teaching Hospital and toxicology report of postmortem samples and that of the Central Hospital, Warri, debunked any claims of murder or intoxication of late Sly Omoroni.
With these revelations, Lagos state has cleared the names of all suspects involved in the case.
