Following the death of Sylvester Omoroni, a 12-year-old student of Dowen College in Lekki, Lagos, the Lagos State Police Commissioner, Hakeem Odumosu has said they have arrested three students while still searching for another two students.

The Police Commissioner says that they are working closely with the schoolmaster, teachers, and parents to track down all the parties involved in the case.
The Lagos State Government has closed down the schools until further notice.
