Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo has assured Nigerians that the end to the insecurity that has plagued the country in recent times will soon be over.
Why it matters?
The security situation of the country has been a concern amongst many Nigerians. Security challenges such as highway robbery, kidnappings, are some of the security threats citizens have been facing.
While speaking at the Presidential villa in Abuja on Thursday, Prof Osinbajo, said, “A lot of the security challenges we see today, in due course, will be resolved and this country will be stronger and greater.”
He added that “Mr President has always remained steadfast and focused on resolving the problems of the country beginning with security, he is a steady hand, he is unflappable, he is not panicky, he is focused and looking at the security issues every day, and trying to advance the best possible solutions.”
