A communique released by the Acting Head, West African Examinations Council, Moyosola Adeyegbe has announced that the council has released results held on bases of malpractices and for 2020 and 2021 examinations.

While speaking at the 72nd meeting of the Nigeria Examinations Committee, Moyosola Adeyegbe said that the council during the 2020 and 2021 examinations received several reports of malpractice and have taken actions according to the rules and regulations of the council. 

The communique revealed the candidates found to be guilty of all sorts of malpractices have faced the penalty of cancellation of entire results. In addition, the guilty would also face a two years ban from sitting from the council’s examination. Supervisors and officials found engaging in unprofessional conducts would be reported to their respective employers and would face their punishment.
